Company Offsite!

How's this for a week! Our company had an offsite day this Wednesday up north in St-Agathe!Everybody at our company spent the day at a country house. Many activities were scheduled for the day such as: kayak relay, boating /w tubing/wakeboarding/surfing, freebee and soccer.
Tighter bounds were created and many great ideas were brought to the table on how to improve our business.
For lunch, we had a BBQ with hot dogs, hamburgers, chips, beer, etc... sweet!

Tubing was probably the best thing to watch, it was hilarious to see people taking bumps and having extreme wipeouts in the water! :)
Contact me and i'll give a link to the picture albums (200 pictures).

New Puppy & Coupe du Quebec!

What an adorable and cute puppy! Unfortunately, it does not have a name yet! Jennifer, my brother's girlfriend, got this puppy at the SPCA this Saturday. However, neither does she or my brother knows what breed is it! If anyone knows which breed this dog is, let me know! :) I'll pass the message.
Took these shots this weekend:

I attended Coupe du Quebec yesterday, a soccer tournament held in Longueuil at Centre Multi-Sports, which is about 2 minutes away from our home. My cousin was playing for Lusitano ASTMP against CS Panellinios. The winner of the game would represent Quebec in the Canadian championships held in Calgary next month!
The game was very close on both sides in the first half. Both teams had many scoring opportunities, however team Lusitano ran out of gas from the get go of the second half and finished by losing 5 - 0. Here's some snapshots of the game:

Good game guys! 2nd best team in Quebec, it's something to be proud of!I applied some minor changes to the design of my blog, i wanted to give it a more fun look to it! What do you think?
Have a nice week!

The Kitchen!!!

Great news everyone! The kitchen is done!!!!! OMFG! After two long and grueling years and a half, it's finally done! It's quite a change from what we had before! But was it worth the wait? I don't know, but for $7000, it wasn't that quite expensive! The new kitchen is stylish and, at the same time, has a nice classic look to it! Solid oak wood was used for the kitchen and dimming lights were installed in the cabinets. It looks great at night!I originally planned on taking a "before" and "after" picture....but as months followed and no work was getting done by our lazy lying unreliable untrustworthy gambling alcoholic son of a b!$#% contractor, i continued taking pictures of the kitchen . I also made a simple site out of it: http://www.parillo.ca/project/kitchen/.
The contractor's work is very nice and detailed, however he is terrible with his clients.....So...If you don't like somebody and that person is planning on renovating their kitchen, I could refer our contractor! :)
Here's the beloved history of our kitchen:
- April 2003 (the "before picture")
- Ma y -August 2003
- Sept-Oct 2003
- Oct-Dec 2003
- Early Jan 2004
- Summer 2004
- November 2004 -August 2005
- September 2005
