Recipe: John's Saturday Morning Breakfast!

Ingredients
2 Eggs
1/2 Red or Green Pepper Bell, chopped
1/4 Onion, chopped
2 Mushrooms, chopped
1/4 Tomato, chopped
Ham, chopped
Mozzarella Cheese [oh yes]
Olive oil
Recipe
Break 2 eggs in a bowl, add the veggies/meat and stir.
Add Olive oil to the pan [make sure all the surface is covered, use a paper towel]
Pour the ingredients into the pan, put the heat on high.
After a minute or two, Flip the omelet
Flip it again after a minute.
Add the mozzarella cheese and fold the omelet
After a minute, flip one more time
and a final time after a minute.
Serves: 1
Prep Time: 5 mins
Cook Time: 5 mins
