Recipe: Thai Chicken And Vegetable Stir-Fry


Ingredients
1 lemongrass stalk
1/2 inch piece of fresh ginger root
1 large garlic clove
2 tablespoon sunflower oil
10 ounces lean chicken, thinly sliced
1/2 red bell pepper, seeded and sliced
1/2 green bell pepper, seeded and sliced
4 scallions, chopped
2 carrots, cut into thin sticks
4 ounces haricots verts
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
pinch of sugar
salt and ground black pepper
crushed peanuts and cilantro leaves to garnish
