Recipe: Pork in sweet-and-sour sauce

1 pork tenderloin, about 12 ounces
1 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup dry white wine
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
1 tablespoon mixed peppercorns, coarsely ground
salt and ground black pepper
Board beans tossed with bacon to serve
